Privacy Policy

This policy covers this pre-launch website only. The AICON app will have its own privacy policy and a separate children's privacy notice.
1. Who we are
AICON Interactive, Inc. ("AICON", "we", "us") operates this website.
2. What we collect
- Waitlist: a parent or guardian's name and email address, the child's age group (a range, not a birth date), main sport and the athlete they want to train with.
- Athlete and trainer requests: name, email, role, sport, any link you share and any message you write.
- Demo coach: the email address you enter to unlock the chat, which also adds you to the waitlist. The questions you type are answered with pre-written samples in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Workout plan generator: a parent or guardian's email address, which also adds you to the waitlist, plus the age, sport, skill level and any athlete name you enter. The plan itself is built in your browser.
- Site usage: basic technical data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location derived from IP address.
3. Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site, and we ask only for a parent's contact details. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
4. How we use information
- To send waitlist updates and early access invites.
- To review and respond to athlete and trainer requests.
- To understand interest by age group and sport so we can plan the launch.
- To keep the site secure and working.
5. Cookies, analytics and your browser's storage
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and receives technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location. We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The demo coach remembers in your browser's local storage that you unlocked it and how many demo questions you have used. That stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send email, under contracts that limit their use of it, and when the law requires. These include our hosting provider and Google, which provides our analytics and the spreadsheet where we keep sign-ups.
7. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and request information until the purpose is met or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
8. Your choices
- Unsubscribe with the link in any email.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing team@aicon.fit.
- Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws. We honor verified requests from any state.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website is perfectly secure.
10. Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we'll email the waitlist.
